Should there be no availability of a room chosen for your dates we will offer  an equivalent  room.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

NON REFUNDABLE bookings are totally prepaid  and cannot be cancelled, are non refundable but dates may be  modified with at least  14 days prior notice. 

STANDARD Bookings can be cancelled up to 8 days prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations from 7 up to 5 days prior to arrival, a 1-night penalty will be  charged. From 4 to 0 days prior to arrival, we charge the total amount of stay.

 No Show  or Non Arrival - total amount of stay.

 

Tourist Tax (subject to annual variations):

The municipality of Castellina in Chianti apply a local tourist tax that is charged to the guest which is currently as follows : 3,00 Euro per person (Free for up to 14 years), per day only for the first 7 days.
